Stefan has worked with e-commerce since the end of the 90s and has run many projects and seen how the customer journey and the buying experience have changed over the years in both B2B and B2C.
At 16, we have invited Radar Ecosystem to talk about how IT-Sweden is affected in a tough geopolitical climate. Radar is the Nordic region's leading supplier of local and independent data-driven insights for the IT industry. Now both suppliers and IT buyers are under pressure from external factors that cannot be influenced. How to act individually as a business and above all together in a customer-supplier relationship.
Finally, Niklas Larsson from our office in Jönköping runs a session on running e-commerce with a focus on how to work with key figures and drive traffic and sales. Being an e-retailer today requires details and an understanding of all data. How can you best use Google's free tools to your advantage? Which KPIs are relevant today and how do you best use them to drive traffic to your e-commerce? Niklas works as a Business Developer in e-commerce and Group Manager with us at 3bits, before that he has extensive experience in e-commerce, including as E-commerce manager at Scandinavian Photo.
