The theme for this year’s event is customer focus, with interesting seminars, and a larger fair where 3bits together with many of Swedish Distance Sellers other Business Partners will be represented. The fair exhibitors will be grouped in the areas Logistics, IT systems, Marketing, and Bank & payments. Among other speakers, Göran Adlén will be talking about how to succeed in the future e-commerce, and John Ekman will provide concrete advices on how to transform a visitor in the web shop to a customer.
