Insights by Omnium 2025

In October, Omnium invited us to a day full of knowledge and networking. Insights by Omnium brought together 300 of their customers, partners and potential customers in Oslo. It was a rewarding day that was well planned from start to finish, where we got everything from interesting customer cases, roadmaps, tips and experiences around architecture at Omnium.

Insights by Omnium 2025

Omnium is a cloud-based order management system (OMS) that allows you to manage orders across all your sales channels. With an easy-to-use SaaS solution, they help businesses connect the dots between systems like ERP, CRM, POS, PIM, and e-commerce.

Jaktia goes omnichannel

3bits' customer Jaktia presented experiences and lessons learned from their digitalization project. Alexander Knutsson, CDO, emphasized the importance of involving the entire organization early on to get everyone on board with the change. He also said that it is important to be able to expand Omnium through GUI extensions and Event subscriptions. This has made it possible to create necessary customer-specific solutions such as everything around weapon handling.

Omnium's roadmap

Much of Omnium's roadmap is now about making Omnium even better as an e-commerce platform, including more focus on even better price and campaign management, further development of pick and pack and the in-store app. They also presented good features around AI, insights and reports, and customer service, among many other things that are in the works.
