Lindex Awarded Omnichannel of the Year

At SEBC on May 18, Lindex was awarded Omnichannel of the Year. A proof of successful work that has been carried out for a long time where technology and the soft values cooperate. If a product is out in a store, the staff can order it to the customer, the flexibility of deliveries, and store balance online are just a few of the things in the omnichannel mindset.

We have for a long tima worked goal-oriented to offer our customers an inspiring and user friendly shopping experience despite where or how the customer wants to shop, and this is what this award reflects, says Henrik Sörstedt, Head of Digital Business Development at Lindex.

The Jury's motivation:

This years winner has shown that they understand the importance of integrating stores, co-workers, and in store functionality to create added value through omni. They understand the importance of rewarding and challenge their co-workers to work to meet the customer's demands and wishes, not just in store, but also online. They offer their customers the same prices and campaigns and deliver where the customer wants. The have the simplicity of the buyer journey in mind, something that is desired from customers. Omni today isn't just technology, it is also the soft values to use the existing channels with new functionality to meet the customers' expectation that make the new treatment profitable. In a personal, innovative, fun, and attracting way they offer a seamless shopping with a high extent of freedom of choice and availability.
