Svensk Handel – Swedish Trade Federation – organized a webinar in March on what is important to consider when making environmental claims in advertising. There are several rules in marketing and environmental labeling that are important to keep track of. This is an area that is prioritized for oversight where a lot is happening now in Sweden.

On September 17, it was time for E-commerce Forum in Borås, Sweden, arranged by PostNord. Before the day was even ended it was clear that Borås will also host the recurring event next year. This year, the theme was “What can we learn from Great Britain?”. We were offered several interesting ideas, and the insight was that there is a lot to learn.

If you have really good products, online reviews can be a gold mine, if a product has any flaws, this will be discovered, and hopefully lead to actions, negative reviews can also help you sell more. Most of us read reviews, and we know that they affect the buying decision. It is like getting a tip from a friend, but in this case, you don’t have to be acquainted with the one who shares their opinion.

Ok, storytelling sounds good. We want to create a strong relationship with our customers, and strengthen our brand. We want more content at the site. How do we find a story?

We love stories! The occurrence of storytelling is as old as human beings. We see that storytelling has the same grip of us now as for thousands of years ago every day with our enormous consumption of movies, book, games and not at least commercials. You create an extra dimension for the customer’s experience by writing a story about a product, a trade mark, or a company.
