The second half of 2023 was better than the beginning. Price-focused consumers and e-retailers who switch to profitability characterize e-commerce during the year.

The autumn's major industry event PostNord Retail Day was held digitally in October with the insight that an important key to a successful business is leadership – being able to make courageous decisions, create a strong culture and lead towards common goals. During Retail Day, the report E-barometern for Q2 was also presented with analyzes and insights.
