In the second part of the conference Di e-commerce, we continue to talk about the strong growth e-commerce has had this year in Sweden and get to see trends and how quickly e-retailers have been forced to change to meet new customers and customer needs.

What has become a bit of a tradition, to go to Borås in the end of September for a packed e-commerce conference - PostNord Retail Day, became, like everything else lately, a little different. Instead, the conference was run completely digitally for one afternoon. Of course, we missed being able to physically meet and watch all the interviews and presentations live, but Beata Wickbom was, as usual, a skilled moderator.

UX - User Experience - the art of guiding our visitors to the completion of their, and our, goals. To convert visitors to customers without losing them along the way. So it's not about color and shape, but how we can influence visitors to navigate and interact with our e-commerce with pace and flow.

For us in Sweden, the e-commerce platform Bizzkit is a new acquaintance to work with, but Danish Hesehus has delivered e-commerce solutions on the in-house developed Bizzkit platform since 2002. Bizzkit has seamlessly linked PIM, DAM and CMS with an open API architecture to build headless e-commerce.

In June I got the opportunity to attend the NDC Conference and Workshop in Oslo. The atmosphere over there was magical. You feel like you are totally into some another world, where every hour, you are getting an opportunity to be with like-minded people and to listen to these imminent speakers.
